Our Story
Com Nieu Houston — "Com" meaning rice, "Nieu" meaning clay pot — was born from a simple belief: the best Vietnamese food doesn't need pretense. It needs patience, quality ingredients, and a recipe book written by a grandmother who refused to compromise.
We situate ourselves right here on Bellaire Blvd, one of Houston's most vibrant culinary corridors, because we want to be where the community is. Our broth simmers all night. Our banh mi is assembled fresh every morning. And every dish that leaves our kitchen carries the warmth of a home table.
